I'm planning for buying equipment for a show next autumn. It is centered around a screen, 3m wide and 4,5m high, probably a black rear projection screen. The space is a 200 seat blackbox theater. I can think of no better place than here to ask for opinions.

The projectors on the drawing are lasers and I'm planning to use them on the side. I think they are good for the job. Would like to be able to control  a built in shutter from Qlab, don´t know if it's possible.
The Blackmagic cameras might not be the best pick. Would love a camera I could control the iris, focus and zoom straight from qlab. I actually only need HD, but 4K gives a chance to zoom in. Is one of those a choise? https://www.marcameurope.com Maybe even the PTZ ones?
I thought the new bigger Mac mini would be sufficient for this. Uses all the Thunderbolts and the HDMI though but should have more than enough power. Should I maybe wait for the Studio to be upgraded to M2?
Would you do this straight into Qlab or use some external units? What? The keying needs to be done elsewhere. I own MaxMSP and thought to use that to key out the actors in front of the green screen. What other options (not very expensive) would you use?
Other comments?
