I know you can save the Audio Output Patch in a template but is there a way to set up each Audio Cue inserted into Qlab to always output out specific channels of that Output patch? ie: Every Audio Cue pulled into the session will default to "Avid VENUE FWx32" channel 30-31.

Cheers

Kevin

If I understand your question correctly, when you import a new audio cue into Qlab the Audio Patch defaults to whatever you have set up as the 1st device or under "Audio Patch 1" in Audio Settings. Set the Avid VENUE FWx32 to the first patch.

The default levels can also be set in the Audio Settings. All of the cross points can be set to silent, except for rounding to channels 30 and 31.

Adjusting these defaults will make every new audio cue routed to the correct outputs!
