 Hello to everyone,

Have anyone used qlab 2 with M32 successfully?
Unfortunately I haven't used M32 with Qlab and I have a show the next days. I will have only one day to make the set up. I currently write scenes on M32's editor.
I just want to trigger scenes changes via qlab. ( program change )

My inquiries are

1) Usb adaptor to midi is ok for hooking up my mac to M32? Would be ok  if I used only usb (type a) to usb( type b ) ?

2) In M32's menu : set up > remote > remote interface , If I use one of  the cables that I mention above then in Midi Input / Midi Output Window I should see the option for the specific cable. Correct ?? Now I see my IAC Drivers inputs / Outputs my ipmidi etc..

3)  In M32's menu : set up > remote > Midi Control Interface, I have checked both the option Midi In/Out and Midi Receive Program Change.

Thanks in Advance

I have done this for many shows.

Before I try answering your questions, what is the make and model of your USB-to-MIDI adapter?

I think you need an actual usb to midi adapter. The usb in I believe is just an audio interface.
