I tried to use Streamdeck with Companion with the loopback address,
it seems this is not possible. It will helpful if QLab allow the users to select the interface,
they want to use.

I assume by loopback you mean localhost. QLab uses the localhost address as a reserved loopback within itself. The usual IP address synonym for localhost 127.0.0.1 will allow inter application network communication on the same computer.

Loopback is generally 127.0.0.1, localhost is the IP of the device. When your are not connected to a network there is no localhost address but it is possible to use the loopback address. The loopback can only used with network cues.
In wireshark I see that it is possible to make connection to the loopback address, but nothing happens on OSC remotes.

If you  open a  new QLab 5 workspace the default network cue  patch is localhost. Even if you are not connected to a network this functions to send network cues from a QLab 5 workspace to QLab 5 i.e itself

sending to 127.0.0.1 port 53000  from an external app will control a QLab 5 workspace, but the OSC access page must be set up to allow this WITHOUT PASSCODE

This works from companion running on the same computer  configured:

Or have I misunderstood what you are trying to do .

The problem is, there is no localhost or "current IP address" if there is no connection over Ethernet or WiFi. Companion is correct connected over 127.0.0.1
But nothing happens.

Perhaps I am still misunderstanding, but I have attached a video of what I think you are trying to do working fine.

Thank you, I solved the problem. Import/Export of Companion causes the problems. It works as expected.
