Hi,

I have the cues playing at same time (Childs) and I was hoping that the device routing was related to my interface (Cymantic audio U24). But isn't.

Qlab communicates with U24 but I only receive audio(summon) in channel 1 and 2 and my idea is sending every cue to a single output, in this case from out 1 to out 12.

What am I doing wrong?

Thank you in advance.

Do I have to assign cue by cue to output?

Hi Raul,

Your Group cue „100“ is a Timeline cue which tells all the cues, it contains: „Start ALL now.“ (or after each cue’s Pre Wait time). You called them „childs“.

The actual routing happens in each cue’s „Audio Levels“ tab.

With kindest regards…

Yes you need to matrix a cue to the output you want

This screenshot shows a stereo cue that is routed to cue outputs 3+4

This screenshot shows the other way of doing this which is to set the matrix in your settings cue templates audio to route to all cue outputs, and just raise the faders for the cue output you want.

Thank you, yes, I am using the cross point from inputs as the audio Matrix.

OK Can you route audio from any other audio application to the DSub analog outputs on your Interface (assuming these are the outputs you are using.)

If you don't have another app to hand ,download the free trial of Twisted Wave and set the output channels for a mono audio file in preferences/devices set channel order.
