HI,

I installed a licence on a USB stick for a test and now it's expired. I reinstalled the license for a longer period.

Not I'm seeing in the license management all the licenses on the USB (active and expired). Is there any way to clean the expired one and remove them from the key?

Thanks

Hi Samuel,

To make sure I understand, do you mean:

That when you open the License Manager window in QLab you continue to see the expired USB license listed when the USB drive is connected?

If so, I’ll file that as an issue for us to look at resolving.

Cheers,
Chris

Hi again Samuel,

I am investigating this morning and found that in theory QLab should be trying to “clean up” expired activations on USB drives.

Could you do the following to let me check for what might be happening on your system? :
  • Insert the USB drive with the expired licenses
  • Launch QLab 4.1.1
  • Go to “Help” —> “Contact Support”
  • Check the “Include Console Logs” checkbox
  • Write “Attention: Chris” in the note
Thank you!
