Hi!

I was a heavy Qlab 4 user, and just now jumping into Qlab 5, but I'm having trouble with the LOAD TO TIME feature when using it on a timeline group with network control cues, and I'm stumped.  I tried doing some searches on this group, so hopefully this hasn't been asnwered before.

I'm using the timeline to trigger a song via audio cue, and then I have a bunch of pre-waited network cues triggering my Eos Element console.  Network connection is fine, it knows how to trigger the cues and that's working.

When I use the load to time function, visually everything seems correct.  I see the yellow bars, washing over my lighting cue triggers as I scrub the handle, but then when I hit GO, the only cue that retains that load time is the audio track.  The rest of my cues revert back to their original prewait.

Am I just fundamentally not understanding how this works or is there a sneaky check-box I don't know about?  All the videos and such I see online say this should just work...

Here's the shot of it looking like its going to preloa properly.

Here's a shot of same group, with the music at the same spot, but the other control cues didn't track.

Are pre-waited control cues outside of Load to Time's functionality?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank,
Ryan

I can't replicate this. Best to send your workspace to support via the help menu.
Anyway here's a screenshot and a video showing it working in 5.3.3.

Looking at your screenshots again, I don't understand what the second screenshot shows.
If this is after a GO on the timeline group,  why is the audio cue not playing?

Sorry, I accidentally uploaded the wrong screenshot for that second one.

Here's a quick video that shows the unexpected behavior.

But, thank you for letting me know about the built in support function.  I've never used it, and completely forgot it was there!

I think you may have fade and stop peers ticked in the trigger tab of the audio cue.

100% correct.

I absolutely don’t remember doing that, but that was it.

Thank you!

Problem resolved.

It's a difficult one to spot because, in this case, the peers don't stop!

Thanks to OP and micpool!  I came here looking for this exact problem that one of our choreographers was having. Cheers and Happy Q-ing!
