Monday:  cued a show with previous version.  Worked perfectly.
Tuesday:  Updated to latest version.  Does not work.  Many anomalies.  What is going on?
Today:  Does not work properly on another computer.  ??????

Hi Rick -

I'm sorry to hear about your troubles with QLab Remote. The recent 4.0.1 update included quite a few fixes, so I'm really curious to hear what specifically is not working right for you.

It would also be really helpful if we could gather some more info on your particular setup. The best way to do that is via "Contact Support" in QLab Remote, which you can find by tapping on the ("i") icon in the upper-right corner of the "Connect to QLab" screen.

Please scroll down on the Contact Support screen, check the "Include console logs" option, and drop us a note. We'll be happy to investigate further!

Update for the group:

I was able to reproduce the specific issue at hand here on my end, and I believe we've found the culprit... it appears to occur when QLab Remote 4.0.1 is connected to a QLab 3 workspace. When connected to a QLab 4 workspace, it appears to behave correctly. 

The problem is that QLab Remote 4.0.1 is not updating its selected cue correctly when the playback position changes in QLab 3 (and the "Lock playhead to selection" setting is enabled in the workspace).

We'll get this patched up and released as soon as possible in the next update. Thanks!
