I'm sorry to hear about your troubles with QLab Remote. The recent 4.0.1 update included quite a few fixes, so I'm really curious to hear what specifically is not working right for you.
It would also be really helpful if we could gather some more info on your particular setup. The best way to do that is via "Contact Support" in QLab Remote, which you can find by tapping on the ("i") icon in the upper-right corner of the "Connect to QLab" screen.
Please scroll down on the Contact Support screen, check the "Include console logs" option, and drop us a note. We'll be happy to investigate further!
