One way to do this:
Create a cue list that only has a bunch of copies of the cue in it. Set one hot key for the cue list. Then, every time you hit that key you'll get that cue layered on again. Use a goto cue if you want to loop back to the top for an unlimited number of presses.

This will mean the hot key is equivalent to pressing the GO button for that list.
