Copying regions from other stages

Is it possible to copy regions from other stages and paste them into a new one I created?

yes, if you have open the original workspace, then open or create a new workspace. then from the File menu of the new Workspace choose  Workspace Settings - Import Settings - From Workspace - <select your existing workspace name>

Then from the dialog box select Video Outputs and click the Import from workspace button and you will get the Stage and the Regions associated with those Outputs

You can then rename or adjust things from there.
