dmx dongle recomendations for use with qlab

Hi to all at Qlab

Ive been out of the qlab world for a while however looking to get back into it,

im looking for a single universe dongle/unit to link straight out the back of my mac mini to use with qlab to try stuff out from home.

i know theres a few out there however I'm after a solid recommendation from you guys on here

so i don't waist money and time.

Any help or advice greatly appreciated as usual.

Hello James

You have two choices; DMX devices which connect to your Mac using Art-net, or ones which connect using USB.

If you only need a single universe, USB devices will definitely be more affordable. QLab supports only these USB-DMX devices:

• Enttec DMX USB Pro
• Enttec DMX USB Pro Mk2
• DMXking ultraDMX Micro
• DMXking ultraDMX RDM Pro
• DMXking ultraDMX2 Pro
