[QLab] Fading a still photo image up from black

There must be an easy way...

I can't figure out how to play a video cue (still photo) and get it to fade in from black.

I've figured out how to do it the other way, once the photo's up I use an animation to fade it to black. But I can't figure the sequence to do it the other way.

I've solved it by putting the still into iMovie and making it a video cue that fades in, which I then pause in Q-Lab until I want it to fade out. But if I want to adjust the fade in time, I'll have to make another movie.

What am I missing?

Set the opacity of your image file to 0%, put in an animation file with opacity of 100% and add an autofollow from your image file to the animation file.
