Hi everyone

I'm setting up a show for a client in QLab 4.7 where he needs to interact directly with a lighting fixture out of QLab. I'm not very experienced with lighting in QLab but noticed, that the fixture in question is not listed as pre-defined. Is there a possibility to add new fixture definitions individually or do we have to set it up manually? The fixture in question is a moving beamer (Robe ProMotion). There is a definition for the "Robe MiniMe", the predecessor of the ProMotion, but apparently the individual functions are different...

Has anyone already worked with a ProMotion? Is it possible to import a definition in any way? And if so, how can this be done?

Thank you for your input,
Thomas

Hi Thomas

What version of QLab are you using? QLab 5 includes definitions for the Robe ProMotion, but QLab 4 doesn’t.

If you need to use QLab 4, I can send you definitions for the ProMotion. Please contact me off-list at s...@figure53.com
