DMX /dimmers that work with QLAB

Hi,

I am using an ENTTEC device with Chauvet DMX dimmers, the dimmers are not working.

Can anyone suggest dimmers that work with the ENTTEC usb dmx device?''

I haven’t had any issues with DMX.

Can you check the enntec device’s led light if there is no light or a stable light you have a problem with that. Unselect and select again from light patch window and try again.
