I think you’ll need to elaborate a little on this question.
IFTTT is generally a service that provides control, not one that is controlled.
What are you trying to achieve?

Presumably you want QLab to provide the IFT bit (If this then)
to connect with a Webhook to do the TT bit (then that)
Use a script cue with something like this this
do shell script "curl -X POST https://maker.ifttt.com/trigger/Trigger_Name_Goes_Here/with/key/Your_Key_Goes_Here"
