Video with multitrack audio: audio is silent in tracks 2 and 3

Hello QLabers,

I have a ProRes video with three audio tracks (each track is a stereo pair).  Track 1 plays back correctly, but when I go to the IO tab and click on the Audio Format drop-down menu to select track 2 or 3, they are silent.  I've checked that those tracks do have audio in both Resolve and Final Cut.  I'm running QLab 5.6.3.  Am I missing a step?

do you have an audio license for that computer?  Does you interface have 6+outs?
