Can't find external display in QLab

I hate to ask what has to be a recurring question, but I only use QLab in the summer and I've just gotten things set up in the booth for a show tonight... and I can't find my external display to create a New Stage.

I'm running QLab 5 on my M1 MacBook Air. I'm using an Anker A8352 USB-C 7-in-1 adapter to connect to HDMI output. The video feed works fine (meaning my Mac sees the projector and my desktop is visible on the Extended Display). But I can't see the external display in QLab's Video Settings (see screenshot).

Help?

I figured it out. The Stage *was* appearing in the New Video Stage menu, but it had no name and appeared as a blank line. I'm exporting out to an HDMI splitter (1 > 4) and, for some reason, QLab could not resolve the name of that device. (In the past, QLab v4 did provide it a name.) Production was last night and all went well (other than operator error).
