Hi folks,
               here´s the deal...

Everytime there I start a live video transmition over NDI, if i turn on the cameras (2 cell phones) after open the project, QLab do not recognize one of them, so i have the same video capture over the two, so, i have to restart the project with the 2 camera allready running and then it works...

Other thing is, sometimes, the key triggers asigned to a specific cue doesn't work. Again, i do have to reasign the key trigger (the same one) and then it work for a little while until it fails again...

Thoughts?

TIA

What version of QLab are you running.  I'm on 5.5.6 on 2 different machines and have been seeing the key trigger behavior you mentioned.  Wonder if others have as well.

Same here with the triggers, I had to remove them from a few cues and reassign them in order for them to work. They were timeline cues I believe, not sure if that makes a difference.

Hi all,

What version of macOS are you using?

I don’t believe anything has changed on the QLab side about hot key triggers in years, but perhaps something changed in Tahoe?

Hi Chris,

I'm currently running Sequoia 15.6.1 with QLab 5.5.6, I purposely haven't updated to Tahoe yet as I've heard there are a few issues with it, not sure if they've all been patched yet though.
