Auto-continue means the current cue and the cue following it will start together, as offset by pre- and post-waits. Auto-follow is just like auto-continue, but with a post-wait time set to match the current cue's duration, so the next cue will start once the current cue completes. Do not continue is the default continue mode, which means the cue will start on its own.
