vdmx will capture any mac window via syphon..
as far as I know, Qlab 3 doesnt have syphon in, but you can send both Qlab and keynote to VDMX.

QLab 3 has Syphon input via the Camera cue. For something like Keynote, I'd try Syphon Virtual Screen, and send your Keynote output window to SVS's virtual display. Then, in QLab, bring the SVS feed in via a camera cue.

I've had success with using AirServer (on a wired lan). It's only like $15 for a standard license. Just launch AirServer on your QLab 3 machine and enable airplay mirroring on a compatible Mountain-Lion machine (selecting your QLab machine as target) and you can bring it in via Camera cue. The only-semi tricky thing I've noticed is that you can't minimize the AirServer Window or it won't send video via Syphon so I just drag it to the bottom of my control screen and do what I do.

Hi there well Qlab 3 has spurned me to get into the visual side of life and I have to say the new version has an awesome video feature set just wish there was a little more documentation online but i'm sure that will soon come.
I'd like to try and get keynote to output Syphon and then use the camera cue output the keynote slide to my lovely new surfaces. Has anyone have any success in doing this ? Another angle would be to run keynote on a second machine and use some form of input video device on the Qlab machine which i can assign to the camera cue but yet again I can't find much documentation online regarding supported devices in the camera cue. Any help gratefully received.
