can't delete a cue?

So here is a weird one for you. Have a show in tech, performance tonight. They supplied a Qlab laptop running v3.2.

One cue was inactive. They want it deleted. I can't.  

I can't delete the cue. 

I've made it active. Still can't delete. I can delete other cues. But not that one. 

Help!?

Assuming your computer is on a later version of QLAB than v3 can you get whoever gave this qlab to you to delete the errant cue on their machine

and bundle the session to you?

What version of macOS is the computer running?

QLab 3 does not work properly on any version after 10.14.6 and some of the ways that it doesn’t work are pretty weird.
