Hello. I need to reproduce a banner of about 6000x200 pixels from Qlab 5 and through an E2. What would be the best way to create surface or surfaces?
Thanks

Connect your projector to your QLab computer, check Apple menu-Display Preferences you can see the projector and turn off mirroring
From File menu select Workspace Settings - Video - Video Outputs.
Click New Video Stage and select your projector as output.
Then click Edit button to open the stage editing window. (see screen shot below). Click the Resize button (1), then uncheck Preserve Stage Aspect Ration (2) and then enter the New Pixel dimensions (3) for your stage.
You may then want to adjust the Regions to fill the stage.

The problem I find is that it enters the E2 and from there through a 4K output to an LED processor and from there to the screen. How would I adjust the format?

That shouldn't affect the way you create a Stage size in QLab;
When you say E2 do you mean the Barco E2 video switcher? When connected to your Mac what does it say the resolution is  in Apple-System  Preferences - Displays?
Your output devices will generally have a fixed resolution (unless you change a setting  in the projector or  LED processor). You can still make a Stage in QLab of your desired aspect ratio. In the Stage Edit  page (File-Workspace Settings-Video-Video Outputs tab - Edit button)  in QLab  set the size you want as described in my previous reply and then you can use the Layout and the Warping tab to adjust the position and size of that image on your output display. It is complex and it is worth reading about it in the manual
it is useful to have a grid display when experimenting; you can turn the grid on and off for each region. Or
on the Stage edit page at the bottom left there is a button for Grid Options which includes Export grid image - you can then use this image file in a video cue; have the computer connected to the display and run the video cue with that grid image and then go to the Edit Stage page and try adjusting to see what the various controls do, until you find something which looks right. If you can't see the screen from the op position having  QLab remote on IPad to adjust stage settings make this process much easier. You can also experiment by connecting a second screen to your Mac to get familiar with the controls so when you get in the theatre you know how to achieve what you want.

Yes. I'm talking about a Barco E2. I get a 3840x2160. Really following the steps you mention would the banner be in position with a 4k? Shouldn't I create different surfaces like the sketch I show? I still can't check it with the E2 and I would like to get to the place knowing how to do it. I suggest you talk to the E2 programmer to confirm they can take the signal as you've drawn it with 3 regions of interest (ROI) that need to be re-mapped to whatever their outputs are.
From this video, it looks like the E2 is capable, if not, and you want to be pixel accurate to 6000 wide then you may need to output 2x 4K with a 3000x200 ROI on each output.

Thanks to everyone.
Finally we used 1 4k output for the different screens and banners of the Arena. For the long banner we used a 1080 output and made the Pixelmap, just as it was in the Led processor.
