Help !!! Order for Nov. 11 2019

I have order on Nov.11.2019!!! and I pay for my credit card, but now I didn’t receive any delivery or refund!!!

Sadly, I have heard nothing but stories of trouble and lack of communication from the folks at Widgeteering. Clearly they are having problems fulfilling orders. Their website shows an update as of August 16, 2021 that claims that they are beginning to ship again, but are continuing to have supply problems.

I would suggest sending them an email via their contact form or to opera...@widgeteering.com and ask about your order status. If they don't respond, you can contact your credit card company and dispute the charge. That will take some time but at least you'll get a refund eventually.

as of dec 24 2021 no news. On the website the above message is still being displayed, no updates....
