Qlab Compatibility With New OS on Mac?

Was going to update my Mac and noticed there are a couple of options:

macOS Tahoe 26.0.1 or Sequoia 15.7.1?

Didn't want to update and accidentally break Qlab or have something not compatible.

Anyone here have any suggestions?

I would avoid Tahoe for at least another several months for many reasons.
