Hello there!

Can someone just point me where is the Qlab crash log file?
I'm using 2.3.7 in a MacBook Pro 13" OSX 10.7.3 and I'm getting some beach balls with a very simple Qlist, with just audio (no videos), 5 channels and simple fade ins and outs.
I've just tried increasing the audio board buffer to sort it out.

Any help will be appreciated. Thanks!

Hi Fernando,

Crash logs may be found at:

/Users/{your user name}/Library/Logs/CrashReporter/

I believe in Lion OS X hides the Library folder, so you would need to the "Go" --> "Go to Folder..." command from the finder.

You can enter:

~/Library/Logs/CrashReporter/

And it will automatically take you to your home library.

HOWEVER, it doesn't sound like you will have crash logs, because what you're describing is a hang.

You can write to sup...@figure53.com with the details of your setup and we can do our best to help track down whatever is happening.

Best,
Chris

hi fernando,

this behavior is very similar to what i have experienced. see the thread, Re: [QLab] Re: QLab hangs: MBP / Lion / Motu Ultralite (original version, latest drivers) / X-Keys XK-24.

how are you triggering the cues?

Jason,

Thanks for your suggestion.
I'm using just space bar as GO, no external trigger at all.

Chris is taking a good look at this, thanks for your e-mail!
