Feature request? Change angles of Shutter Video FX

Hi,

I frequently run into situations where I am mapping to shapes like a trapezoid.  The addition of the shutter video fx has been a game changer for me, especially with the feathering option, and its hard to overstate how useful it is.  I am wondering if it would be possible to add the ability to change the angle of the shutters(in the rectangle format)?  I think that would save time from complicated masking.
