Hiya all,

This seems like it should be obvious to me, but I can’t get it to work. I am using two static images in Q-Lab 2. The first Image is the background, the second is a moon which travels using Q-Lab animation across the background. I have failed to get the moon to appear circular. I used Paint Shop Pro to create the moon with a transparent background but I can’t get Q-Lab to recognise the transparency in any file-type it appears as either a white or black box with moon. Now It is Monday morning for me and I feel I am missing something obvious, any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

I may be wrong here because it's been a while since I've done this but
I believe you need to enable alpha-channel transparency. I think a PNG
file enables this and is your best shot.

I used a .png file with transparency as a mask for video and it
worked.

Make sure you have the layers set correctly.
