What is the smallest most portable way to run QLab when traveling. Trying to not have to bring my laptop.

Hello

We have audio-cues that are synchronised with LTC timecode. Current
structure is that we put audio and LTC in a group cue, then start them
simultaneously, so that the timecode runs with the audio-cue.

During rehearsals we often want to jump to specific moments in the music,
and I havent found a fast way to link the timecode-cue with the audio-cue,
the only way I have found so far is to edit the the start-time of both the
audio and timecode cue. It seems that "load to cue" only works for
audio-cues, with timeline cues they always start from the "start time"

How do you do these kind of things? Any help appreciated.

Update: This was a user-error from myself. Problem solved.
What I did wrong: I put one of the audio-cues with "triggers: Fade and stop
peers" which then interrupted the timecode-cue when both cues were in a
timeline group-cue, and I used "load to time" on the timecode-cue to go to
a specific position.

I've worked on shows where I spec'd a laptop in the rider. That one would be used to run the show, which I brought on two different portable hard drives.

That left my laptop free to serve as a backup and to be used for programming and other PM related things.

It worked well enough. But I don't know the last time I left home without at least one laptop...

Bring a Mac Mini without a monitor, and control it from a tablet or smartphone?
