Consistance in visibility

If I set a hotkey in the basics-panel, it stays visible, even if the hotkey is disabled/un-checked.

If I set a time on the Wall clock trigger, this time disapears/is no longer visible, if the Wall clock is disabled/un-checked.

I don't consider that as a bug, it's just not consistant.
