In the devamp cue check “start next cue where current slice ends”, place your next audio cue after the devamp, with a pre wait equal to the length of your last slice of the first audio cue.

I have an audio cue with a slice in the middle that is an infinite loop with a devamp cue to exit and finish the track. I need the next audio cue to auto-follow when the initial cue finishes but is seems like the devamp cue messes this up. I think there is something simple that I am missing.

If you use 2 devamp cues you don't need to calculate the length after the slice to the end of the cue

One exits the loop and devamps to a second devamp which starts the next cue when the first cue ends

Both devamps have start next checked in the cue's settings and are enclosed in fire first (and go to next cue) groups.
