Lighting simulation

I’m curious if anyone has a free or very low cost lighting simulator they use with Qlab- I haven’t really done much with lighting and I just want something to give me more feedback than numbers when I’m programing to experiment.

So I don’t really need anything all that sophisticated or realistic - just something to get a sense of what I’m doing.

I’ve played around with LXConsole and LXBeams some, both look promising in the not too expensive category.

I played with the Cookbook version. We have to agree Mic Pool is a genius. Works so well. this is gonna change my pre tech planing and programmnig so much.
