Stage Caller Heartbeat firing cue

So we're using stage caller to make an iPhone ring, but it disconnects from the AMS network server every 15 seconds. When we turned on heartbeat, the phone takes the cue. Probably not a proper qlab issue, but is this something as simple as qlab sending a different midi note so it doesn't interfere?
