Thanks Chris! Looking forward to it.
While I am here I have one other Collaboration workflow thing:
The Remote Selection and the Primary Selection are inherently intentionally separated. However, there are a few actions on a Remote machine which affect the Primary Selection when they seemingly shouldn't, if the Primary machine is set to Lock Playhead to Selection (which is preferred in my particular use case).
These actions include:
- Manually deleting a cue when the Remote and Primary are both looking at the same cue list
- Manually moving a cue when the Remote and Primary are both looking at the same cue list
- Manually making a cue when the Remote and Primary are both looking at the same cue list
- Doing all of the above via Applescript
Happy to elaborate further on this behavior and why I find it problematic, if that's helpful!
Thanks for the continued active development of the Collaboration feature set, it is truly fantastic to have those capabilities.
Cheers,
Sam
