A simple solution which I used to fix a video that came to me with lagging audio built into the recording was to sample the audio from the video and make it a separate file.
I made the cue a group cue with two files that played simultaneously: one was the video with its audio volume set to zero, and the second was the audio file copied from that video.
Then it's just a matter of tweaking the time of the pre-wait....delaying the video to match the audio, or vice versa.

Then if you get lag in another venue with a different set up, you can tweak it from within the program.
