I noticed a change of behaviour between QLab 2 and QLab 3 with the same workspace. I need to set the audio level for a bunch of audio files playing continuously before the show. I have put all these files in a group and just after firing this group i fire a fade cue targeting the group with 0 second of action and the right level. In QLab 2 it set the level for all the audio files inside the group no matter what the levels was set in each audio cues. In Qlab 3 it set the level for the first audio cue only. Wden it reach the second audio cue in the group, it use the level setting of the audio cue itself and not the one of the fade cue. Is that a bug or a change of behaviour (which i regret)? Anyway, is there another way of doing what i want which i setting the level for a bunch of audio cues without having to copy the levels to every audio cues?

Hi Patrick,

We just discussed this in detail, but the summary is that this is because the cue must be loaded before you apply a volume change. (V3 doesn't load all cues in a sequence the way v2 did.)

We plan to add an option to group cues to make it easier to preload all the cues inside them.
