Start here — how to join the test

Thanks for helping. Three steps, and all three are needed. If someone forwarded
this to you, start at step 1 — it applies to you too.

1. Join the tester group (you are not enrolled without this):
   https://groups.google.com/g/qiv-remote-testers

2. Open this on your Android phone and tap "Become a tester":
   https://play.google.com/apps/testing/net.icyhoty2k.qivremote

3. Then install the app from here:
   https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=net.icyhoty2k.qivremote

IMPORTANT: use the same Google account for all three. On the phone, check
Play Store -> your picture, top right.

Requires Android 13 or newer.

Please keep the app installed for 14 days. That is the whole ask.

If step 3 says the app is not available, that is normal for a few minutes after
step 2. Open the step 2 link again — once you are enrolled it says "You are a
tester" and gives you its own download button.

You do not need a Windows PC. Open the app and tap "Try it without a desktop" —
demo mode runs every screen without connecting to anything.
