Hi Lucas & everybody!

I'm sure the knowledge is somewhere out there in my mails or the internet, but I just can't find it right away:

How many people can be hosted in one Zoom Call in Qiqo? And is it maybe different for main room and the BO-Rooms?

When I want to do an event with more than 100 pax, do I need to announce it in advance to get the right license?

Thx already for helping me out. A simple link to the right place of information will be sufficient :)

Greetings from Berlin - Friedrich

Hello Friedrich,

These are great questions.  We are expanding the frequently asked questions to make it more useful to the innovative people like you who are creating new events on Qiqo.

For now, please continue asking questions here and we'll get them answered.

The default max for Zoom on Qiqo is 300.  If you need more than 300 participants, please let us know and we'll get you a meeting that has a max of 500 or 1000.

If you need language interpretation, please contact us and you can rent Zoom Business accounts for $20 each or you can buy them from Zoom directly.  Both ways, you'll have access to the web dashboard so you can customize your Zoom meeting.

If you need Zoom polling, please use your own Zoom Pro account or contact us to get a Zoom business account ($20 as mentioned above).  We'll have to turn on the "Special Features" section for your account which gives you a new purple section at the bottom of your edit-event page where you can add Zoom meeting links (from you or us) which will replace the default 300-person meetings that Qiqo provides.
