Hi

In FAQ I see that I can have 100 breakouts and 300 participants in qiqo/zoom

Just doublecheck if I understand:

So can I have a Zoom meeting with 300 participants and up to 100 breakouts on my qiqolicens, if I log in and invite them to my zoom room?

100 more then if I use my zoom.us there I can just have 200 particpants.

Thanks

Ulrika

Hello Ulrika,

You can have up to 100 spaces on QiqoChat.  Each space is connected to a Zoom meeting which has a limit of 300 people per meeting.  We can increase that to 500 or 1000 if you contact us.

Each event can have 1500 people, and we are preparing for events of 5000+ people.

Hello Ulrika,

To answer your other question, I should mention that if you would like to use your own Zoom meetings, the cost drops to $0.005/minute per person.  Contact sup...@qiqochat.com and we will turn this on for your account.

This will show a new "Special Features" section at the bottom of your edit-event page.  You can then choose to connect your Zoom account to any of the spaces in your Qiqo events.  If you do not provide a Zoom meeting link for any space on Qiqo then we provide a Zoom meeting for you.

You want to make sure that if you use your own Zoom meeting link, then you do not schedule two Zoom meetings at the same time for your Zoom account, because Zoom does not permit that for any Zoom Pro or Zoom Business account.

People use their own Zoom meetings (or they ask us for special Zoom meeting links) if they need language interpretation or large meetings over 300 people or other specific settings for their client.
