Hello Everyone,
I think everything is looking good, but before your next Qiqo event, please check at least a few of your Zoom meetings.
Zoom moved us to a new plan, because the one that we were on was from 2016. We completed the switch on Sunday, and it has gone well.
Qiqo event organizers have noticed a few small problems that have been fixed:
- People were only allowed to call into Zoom using German phone numbers; now they can dial in from all countries that Zoom permits.
- Qiqo circles did not have a passcode on the Zoom events in the gardens, so Zoom turned on the waiting room for those meetings. We have added passcodes and removed the waiting rooms.
You can now turn on a live transcript for any event.
