Hi,

It was suggested that Shen should be relocated to google code due to
license issues e.g.
QiII not seen as an open license and hence not possible to keep at
giithub, I let BoopCore
still be located at github, because I will dual license that code
because there are people who would work only in QiII and others who
will only work in GPL or similar lisence. It's like serving
two gods, but I will try to do it this way.

Anyway trying to locate Shen at Google code, I stumped into truble.
e.g. I had to choose
a license and QiII was not in that list. I'll will wait one month for
what to do next. If nothing happens I will build a repository with a
dual license again. and again call it Shen.

Maybe we should keep this code in the Qi source path.

As I recall, there was a code repository associated with this group
set up by J.T. Gleason and you can use it with no license problems.
