This removes a bug - or rather an accidently deactivated feature.
Shen is suposed to warn you if you redefine a function and change
its type. Obviously if you do that your program may not be type secure.
Apparently this feature was not working and perhaps since the S series
began. A simple one line change put it back and another line was dropped.
Also stlib was revised. A rather over-engineered vector library notation was
pruned back and the FOR notation simplified and improved. I'll
document this in due course.
