transactional bug fixed in Shen/tk

As well as being able to drop code due to the introduction of absolute

pathnames, I;ve looked into certain transactional errors that were breaking

the Shen/tk event loop connecting the two languages.  This has now been

fixed and Shen/tk should be a lot more solid.
