Shen website to be run under 80% zoom

This is an experiment, but I find that the font is a tad too

large and I've included a style command in the Shen-generated

code to take the zoom down to 80%.  The result seems to 

be more readable and avoids cramping and info overflow.

I'll put this up today.

Definitely better IMO.  A dead link checker shows  1114 web pages, 

50 broken links and the top bar has changed which I did not want 

but I'll fix the generator to handle that.   But the look is nicer.

This is the thin edge of a lot of more substantial changes I'll

talk about soon.
