There is now an interactive Javascript page of the Shen REPL. This was originally built by Ramil Farkshatov in 2012, and modernised to the latest standard S43 in 2026 as part of
the S-series revival.  All the programs in TBoS are listed in the side bar.

Hi all,

I just tried it.  Using Firefox browser.  

Single line entries work, but it failed as soon as I tried to define a function over several lines.

I could not define the factorial function: it issued an error as soon as I hit RET :

(4-) (define factorial
Error: syntax error here: 40 100 101 102 105 110 101 32 102 97 99 116 111 114 105 97 108 10
