Intellisys Conference - opinion?

In the middle of this virus, I submitted a paper to Intellisys on combining Shen dependent types with automated reasoning and planning and got this reponse.

Kind of odd I have had no referee feedback.  So I go to the link and there is £600 for registering.   I think not!   

Anybody know about these guys?
