As most of you know, the objective of this experiment
in Shen/tk was to have a language independent access
to TCL/tk that could be used irrespective of the
platform on which Shen was mounted.  IOW it had to
work within the instruction set of Shen w.o. any foreign
functions peculiar to the platform.

Shen/tk was developed on Shen/SBCL but I tried it just
now on Shen/Scheme and it worked on all examples
simply by changing the pathnames of key files.  No code
changes required.

This program will not appear for at least a month.
The type theory is already 669 loc and will likely
top over 1000 lines making it the largest and most
complex type theory developed under Shen.  The
complexity is of course, reflective of the size of TCL/tk.

There are other rough edges to be filed down.
