How to add Usearch to Qiime (Virtual Box)

Hello,

I'm having trouble adding usearch to my qiime install. I'm running it through virtual box and the main issue I am having is that all of the /urs/ folders and files require permission that I do not have.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated

Hi Adam,

If you are using the virtualbox downloaded from qiime website, then you can prefix your command with sudo to get root permission. The password is "qiime" if I remember correctly.
