Pairwise Adonis/Anosim

I have 7 categories under a column in the mapping file. Is there a way to do a pairwise adonis at once for all possible combination (of 2) from the 7 categories?

Hello, 

Unfortunately this is not currently a feature in QIIME. It has been requested and will hopefully be added to QIIME in the future, you can see the feature request here. In the meantime you will want to run `filter_distance_matrix.py` to filter to only the categories you wish to compare.
