Sparse OTU table possibly causing downstream issues with ghost-tree

Hello,

I had a user report an issue here (https://github.com/JTFouquier/ghost-tree/issues/72), and I think the problem is that her OTU table is very sparse for some reason. 

Can someone look at her OTU table and let me know if it looks especially sparse?  I'm not really sure how to quantify that... :)  I just haven't worked with a ton of datasets, so I'm not sure if this is a normal looking OTU table or not. From what I have seen, there is a lot more data in them.

Any help would be appreciated.
