Multiple problems in VM

Hi all again. I have had several problems trying to analyze my sequences in Qiime virtual box 5.0.6, the host is Windows 8, and the ubuntu isxxx.

1. I cannot install vboxadditions. Error message

Error mounting /dev/sr0 at /media/manager/VBOXADDITIONS_5.0.6_1030374: Command-line `mount -t "iso9660" -o "uhelper=udisks2,nodev,nosuid,uid=1000,gid=1000,iocharset=utf8,mode=0400,dmode=0500" "/dev/sr0" "/media/manager/VBOXADDITIONS_5.0.6_1030374"' exited with non-zero exit status 32: mount: unknown filesystem type 'iso9660'

2. I cannot see my USB stick anymore [I did it once]. Error message in attached image.

3. I cannot run the command split_libraries.py. Error message "zsh: corrupt history file /home/manager/.zsh_history" when Initialize the terminal and then "zsh command not found split_libraries.py".

I appreciate any help to identify the cause of these problems and how I can fix them.

Hi Kyle. Thanks for this. I solved the problems 1&2 by uninstall everything and re-installing it again. However the problem No. 3 still remains. I cannot start processing my fasta file yet. I appreciate any guidance. Cheers.
